I can't say enough about them. Dad was under their for a little over a year at home and they have always been quick to respond via phone calls and in person during daytime and after hours. The nurses and aides were friendly, helpful and provided everything that was needed in every stage of Alzheimer's my dad went through.
First I want to start by saying Trina, Amanda, and April are truly amazing, and are wonderful at their jobs. I’m giving 2 stars because of how difficult it is to find anything out with this agency, and how they can leave a patient with nothing at all after just leaving the Hospital.
My Mom is on Hospice and has been for a couple of months. The CNA Becky has been coming by to give my Mom her baths and she has to be the most caring CNA I have ever met. She is very attentive to her. I haven't gotten to know her very well but she makes sure her room and her bathroom is all tidy when she leaves. Since I work it helps me tremendously. She is a Gem!!
