Welcome to Find Hospices. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and National Hospice Directory LLC, which operates Find Hospices ("Find Hospices," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website located at findhospices.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Find Hospices, operated by National Hospice Directory LLC is an independent informational directory. We help families find and compare hospice providers in Ohio by organizing publicly available information from government agencies (including CMS and the Ohio Department of Health), provider websites, and verified public sources.

Find Hospices also includes a separate Trusted Community Resources section featuring funeral homes, cremation providers, and elder law and estate planning attorneys. Those listings are informational profiles, are separate from our hospice directory, do not affect hospice search results or quality metrics, and are governed by our Trusted Community Resource Listing Terms.

What We Are Not

• We are not a healthcare provider.
• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any hospice provider, hospital system, or government agency.
• We do not advise families on which hospice provider to choose. Directory placement and paid listing level are not recommendations.
• We do not receive referral fees, commissions, or financial incentives tied to patient admissions.

Paid Visibility and Independence

Hospice providers may purchase flat-fee digital directory advertising and enhanced profile placement (Verified, Featured, or Premium). Payment is for visibility and profile features only. It does not change objective quality data, and it is not an endorsement or recommendation of any hospice.

Paid listing levels are sold as flat-fee digital directory advertising and enhanced profile placement. Fees are not based on patient admissions, referrals, or clinical outcomes.

Paid placement does not influence or alter:

• CMS star ratings
• CAHPS survey scores
• Ohio Department of Health licensing data
• Provider service areas
• Objective or publicly sourced data

Paid listing levels (Verified, Featured, or Premium) may appear more prominently in the default directory view. Payment never changes CMS ratings, CAHPS scores, licensing information, public reviews, or results when families sort or filter by quality measures. Paid placement is not an endorsement or recommendation.

We do not receive referral fees or any compensation tied to patient placement or clinical decisions. All objective data remains unaltered and free for families to access.

Trusted Community Resources

Trusted Community Resources is a separate informational section featuring funeral homes, cremation providers, and elder law and estate planning attorneys. Trusted Community Resources listings are paid informational advertising. They are separate from the hospice directory, do not affect hospice search results or quality data, and are not endorsements, recommendations, or referrals. A listing is not a guarantee of services. Find Hospices does not provide medical, legal, or funeral advice. Families are encouraged to verify all information directly with providers.

3. Medical Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

• We do not create a patient-provider relationship.
• We do not provide medical, clinical, legal, or professional healthcare guidance.

Find Hospices is operated by National Hospice Directory LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Paid listings are flat-fee digital directory advertising and related profile services purchased from National Hospice Directory LLC. Applicable taxes, if any, will be collected where required by law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate business-location and billing information for account and tax purposes.
