Aveanna Hospice of Pell City has been caring for my mom for a while and truly treat her (and our family) as if we’re family. Mary, Hannah and Jackie always treat her with so much compassion and dignity, and have been infinitely patient with me as one of her caregivers. They have been a blessing to us, as have Carla, Clay, Greg and others. Everyone has provided excellent medical care through some minor and major crises, but also are there to support us during the low-key stable times. We’re thankful every day they’re caring for mom.
By far the most thorough and "on-time" hospice I've witnessed! Jackie does a fantastic job with our residents in memory care! Very thankful and grateful for her dedication to our sweet souls!
My Dad was on hospice for just 12 hours but I will say Hannah met me through the overnight service she was quick to jump on the phone and help me get something back on track and then the next morning she was the same nurse that took my call that my father had passed. She was so caring and had so much empathy for my mother and our family. She took such good care of my father and made sure he was transported with dignity.
