What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
Compassus Hospice cared for our family with such compassion, dignity, and love during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. Every single team member treated us like family, making sure our loved one was comfortable while also supporting us every step of the way. The nurses were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, the social worker provided resources and emotional support when we needed it most, the chaplain offered comfort and prayer, and the entire office staff was always kind, responsive, and helpful. You could truly feel that everyone cared, not because it was their job, but because they genuinely have a heart for serving others. Hospice is never an easy journey, but Compassus made an unimaginable time feel less overwhelming. They honored our loved one with dignity and surrounded our family with grace, kindness, and encouragement. We will always be grateful for the exceptional care they provided. If you are looking for a hospice agency that leads with compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for patients and families, I cannot recommend Compassus enough. They are truly a blessing.
We, the family of Don Townsend just wanted to thank you all for the wonderful care he received during his illness. The nurses, Rachel, James and Perry were so compassionate and professional in all their dealings with our family. Rachel was especially kind and respectful.
The Southside office is amazing. The team is very helpful. Nurse Rachel is super sweet and every educational. The social worker Sharelle was so nice and helped a lot with bereavement. The chaplain had the best prayers but I can’t remember his. Highly recommend them.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
