As a Nurse Practitioner for over 16 years, I can’t possibly express my appreciation, care and commitment that each person has shown my dad from day one. Everyone of you guys touched both my dad and my family’s heart during this very difficult time. You are my angels!! I would tell anyone going through this to get yourself a dream team that can help you navigate through the death process like they have for us. I will miss you when he finally rests but I will also miss you guys as each of you are part of my family and will always be in my heart!! Thank you Gentiva health job well done!!

The care our mom received from the Gentiva hospice care team was exceptional. Their compassion and professionalism made an incredibly difficult time more bearable. From the caseworker, the nurses, to the aides. They didn't just care for our mother; they became a part of our family. RN Morgan was so patient, kind, and always went above and beyond. The social worker Lisa was an invaluable resource, helping us navigate difficult decisions with grace. The care they provided was truly a gift during a challenging time. The continued support even after our mom passed has also been so comforting. I can honestly say I wouldn't have made it through the process without them. I am forever grateful to each and every one of them.
