The worst experience for my Mom. There was not anyone from their company the entire time my Mother was dying. My family called many from their organization and was left with no one that would come to her house and help as she died. I would never recommend using them.
Everything that has been shared is accurate but when I sunk into a severe depression and followed their advice they dropped me like a hot potato in the middle of a major breakdown. I am still reeling from that episode 18mo later. I doubt you are ever to see my post but it is out there somewhere.
Dierksen has been an amazing addition to our patient care. When a patient is admitted into hospice care, we no longer get to see them in clinic. Our patients and their loved ones become like family to most of us and we are so thankful of how Dierksen keeps us in the loop. We are notified once patient is admitted, updated regularly, and notified once our patient crosses over home. We always get incredible feed back from our families on how well the Dierksen staff treated them. Thank you Dierksen for treating our patients like family 💗🖤
