Although every nurse and id that came to the home were very compassionate and helpful, i will never understand how you just show up one day and have me sign a paper saying my father is better and take him off care. He has late stage dementia! he doesn't get better. He has good days and bed days. Not quite sure how a Dr that has never seen the patient, can change another Dr diagnosis based on blood pressure, temperature and heart rate only! It's the only test that has been performed. So now we are back at square one having to go back the the 1st Dr to get meds, appointments, testing etc. What a money maker for 2 months!
They helped care for my father at the end of his life. They were kind, compassionate, and always responsive to questions and concerns.
They are caring and took so much stress off of us. They made sure he had everything to make his time left easier. He passed in December and they still check on us.
