About Hospice Home Care - Hot Springs

Hospice Home Care - Hot Springs is the Hot Springs office families turn to when hospice care needs to happen at home. A nurse, an aide, and a social worker visit the house. They help with comfort, medicines, and the practical questions that come up in a hard week. Care from this office is for families in Clark, Dallas, Garland, Grant, Hot Spring, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Pulaski, Saline, and Yell counties. This hospice program has served families since 1992. The office also offers palliative care for someone who is still treating the illness and is not yet on hospice. They can often begin care within hours of a referral. A family in Hot Springs can ask the office how care starts and what the team will do in the home.

My mom was on Hospice Home Care services before she passed away. The staff were so caring and understanding. I could call them at anytime and ask questions. The nurses became like family to us all even checking in on me after she passed. The care and compassion they showed is beyond measure. No one is ever prepared to have to put a loved one on hospice, and nothing can describe the pain of watching someone you love slowly slip away. However this is also the time where you need the most support and care. Choosing a hospice company makes all the difference and I truly believe hospice home care goes above and beyond for there patients and families.

2:45 pm on a Monday and I get an answering service. Glad it is not a matter of life or death, wait hospice is supposed to be all about life or death. My mom called them Friday for a problem with my dad (he's a patient) she was told a nurse would come in a couple of hours. That was 3 days ago and we are still waiting for the nurse to show! No phone call either! And can't even get a person on the phone! Like I said glad it's not a matter of life or death!

Well, we was told they would help get my mother going 3 days a week, get her outta bed, dressed, feed her, make sure shes ok. But it was all a lie...do your research. these people arent the ones to leave with your family members.
