Our dad has been in this hospice care for about 3 weeks. Had to beg for people to come out and comfort us. Was told if anything happened over night to call the 1888 number ... well at 5:15 am my daddy passed away, called the numbers provided no answer! It’s scary.. and to do it alone especially when you thought hospice was suppose to take care of you! Well not this one. Btw no one has answered either of the numbers and it is going on 2 hours!
Hospice services are so important to end of life patients and this company goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible for the patient, as well for the family.
Our nurses and aides take excellent care of patients and keep them home when at the end of life. Our staff becomes like family and the families we serve become like families to us.
