In my opinion, my mother received the worst care ever from this company. They have done nothing they said they would do when convincing my mother to sign up with them.She was misled hl in a bad way. my personal opinion They were not there fpr her especially it's always a weekend. they don't know their medications In 24/7 on calll is only what they tell you. But truth be known, they only want to work Monday through Friday. Banker hours. And let's not forget, should they make a mistake, they will not own up to it, they will try and convince the patient that they did it instead! .Good luck
