I was impressed and thankful I had the pleasure on having Accentcare Vivian Cuellar be the one handling my mother’s care. She explained everything in detail. My mother and I are retired nurses and I thought Vivian was a nurse due to her acknowledge and attention to detail. Thank you Vivian for doing all you did on helping my mother get services at home. Accentcare thank you!! I cannot put into words how grateful our family is for the hospice admission nurse Elsa Pasco Ruiz who visit my mother. From the moment she walked through the door, she brought a sense of peace,happiness and dignity to a very difficult situation. My mother absolutely fell in love with her because of the immense love and tenderness she showed. She didn't just treat my mother as a patient; she treated her like family. At one point, she even gave my mom a kiss, which moved me. It’s rare to find someone with that much soul and compassion. She is truly doing the work she was meant to do.

They are both incredibly thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable in the care they provide. From the very beginning, they made our family feel comfortable and reassured, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. What truly stands out is how caring and compassionate they are. They don’t just do their jobs—they genuinely go above and beyond to ensure Mum feels supported, comfortable, and valued. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication have made a meaningful difference in her care and in our peace of mind as a family.
