Awful!! Their equipment is old! The care givers are horrible, needing to be consoled because of personal issues, leaving the patient alone, smelled ot pot! Did not mave correct medications for pain relief, only pills when pt could not swallow! Did not counsel family on expected changes in patient at end of life. Left bed in livingroom from Friday morning early before sunrise until Monday at 3:30! Allowed too many people in room when giving care... unprofessional!!!!!!
Best Company ever , they we're all Phenomenal for my needs with my Father. I will recommend Affinity to everyone. Even threw my worst they we're Phenomenal. Couldn't ask for a better Company. Doctors an Nurse's we're excellent. No Complaints
My mom was at Hampton Manor in Punta Gorda but she was needing more care than usual. Philomena stepped in and got Mom signed up for Hospice from Affinity. I received multiple phone call from nurses, a pastor, etc.on a weekly basis. They were all very good with my mom who could be a very difficult patient. The staff loved my Mom and I was very pleased with their thorough care. She was a fighter but Affinity staff worked thru her difficult times without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda Affinity hospice employees....you were the very best!!!
