Our family will always be grateful for the compassionate care our father received during the final stage of his life. The hospice team treated him with dignity, kindness, and respect, while also providing our family with the support and guidance we needed during an incredibly difficult time. From Emma and Marilee to Kelly, our case manager, everyone was caring, patient, and attentive to his needs. They took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and make sure our father was as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Their compassion brought comfort not only to him, but to all of us. End-of-life care is never easy, but having a hospice team that genuinely cares makes an immeasurable difference. We are deeply thankful for the kindness, professionalism, and support they showed our father and our family and I want to say a special "thank you!" to Kelly for being there until the very end. We would sincerely recommend this home hospice to any family seeking compassionate and respectful care for their loved one. Compassionate Care provided end of life care for my dad. Our initial experience with them was less than ideal due to the nurse that was assigned to us. Once we called and requested a different nurse things got much better. I found them very responsive and caring. Of particular note was the care my Dad received from Diana, the aide who came to bathe him, and Luzette, his nurse. Annette, who covered for Diana, was also exceptional. All of them were gentle and caring for my dad and for us.
