Gentiva hospice has been very helpful for us in most situations. I love our CNA. She helps with my mom three times a week. Her name is Annie and we couldn’t ask for a better and caring person. She is prompt and she truly cares about her patients and it shows. We don’t know what we’d do without her! However, we have incountered some that haven’t been very helpful. We got blessed with Annie. We like the nurses and the nurse practitioner that comes bimonthly is wonderful. I hope our positive experience continues. As long as we have Annie, I confident it will!

Megan met with us at hospital and was patient listening to our family member wishes and needs and offered solutions and platforms to meet those needs. Professional and a kindness above the norm. Very high standard of care

I cannot say enough about Gentiva Hospice. They have been absolutely incredible in supporting both my dad and me during this difficult time. From day one, their care has been compassionate, reliable, and truly comforting. Even when I’ve had to call after hours—which I normally hate doing—they always answer with patience and kindness. I want to give special recognition to Kristen Allen, our primary nurse, who has been consistently patient, kind, loving, and understanding. From the very beginning, when my dad was still in the hospital, Megan Williams was outstanding in coordinating everything with such professionalism and care. Pat, the social worker, has been wonderful, and Thom, the chaplain, spent two hours with us, offering comfort and support that meant so much. The weekend nurse Jordan is also such an angel! Gentiva Hospice has been a blessing to us, and I am deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication.
