What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
Cannot recommend Gentiva enough, they were incredibly polite and professional and good at their jobs, and made a very, very, very hard experience with my father‘s end of life as easy as they could, and I will be eternally grateful.
My grandmother was under the care of Gentiva, her Nurse Hannah and CNA Kim are truly the most amazing people. They kept my grandmother comfortable, made her feel loved and treated her like family. They both cared for her up until the day she passed with such kindness and patience. They respected her and our family and brought peace to us at a very emotional time. Her social worker Bob and Chaplain Beth were here for her and our entire family, they always greeted us with such a gentle presence and brought comfort to us all. We are truly fortunate that she was under their care. Thank you for everything you do. All of you are truly angels.
I want to say thank you to Trina, my nurse and Lisa, my social worker. They are very good at what they do. They are always there when I need them without question. Both of them have been very helpful during my hospice journey. Trina provides good education on my condition, expected decline, explanations on things that I've experienced. Lisa has been very helpful with paperwork, dealing with insurance and is now working on the Dream foundation for me. They are both the most wonderful people in the world and I'm glad that they are part of my team.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
