What Families Are Saying

This is the worst company and for my first time and last time I highly do not recommend sending your loved ones or having your loved ones cared for by this company. I am traumatized by the poor service, horrible communication and ill fitted nurses and staff that work for this company. I can only say that there is one CNA and one nurse that truly put an effort in caring for my mother before she passed. Thank you to CNA Geraldine. You are the reason I stayed and endured the mistreatment because my mother bonded with you and you always let me know what you were doing and if you would be late. Thank you Angel for providing comfort in her finsl hours. Everyone else needs to be fired. From the start they are misleading on services provided. The nurses don’t communicate and never know what’s going on. Down to providing the wrong medication, several times, ordering things I never requested and not picking up the phone when my mom was in severe pain and in her final hours. I had to chase them down. It was very brutal to say the least. If you ever use them I pray your experience is better than mine. They all sound so sweet but do nothing in your time of need. -5 for me and 10 for those mentioned.
Knowing that my grandmother was being cared for by people who treated her with such gentleness and dignity gave our family immeasurable comfort. The kindness, empathy, and professionalism shown by Maria Alvarez RN, Lilibett RN, Odelaidys NP, Lisa Malantonio and John Chaplan will never be forgotten. Because of their compassionate care, my grandmother’s final days were filled with comfort, respect, and love. Our family will forever be grateful for the care and support they provided. They was not only an exceptional group but also a source of strength and compassion during one of the most vulnerable moments of our lives. Their dedication made a lasting difference in my grandmother’s end-of-life journey and brought peace to our family that we will always carry with us.
I would like to leave this review to recognize Ms. Ivis Barcenas. She helps bathe my mother through hospice care and always treats her with dignity, kindness and respect. She goes above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable and care for. Ms. Ivis job is not easy. But she does it with compassion and warmth. She turns a difficult process into a positive experience. Me and my family are deeply grateful for the staff who come to take care of my mom.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section.
