We would like to thank the staff at Joanne’s house for your loving care and excellent service taking care of our mom. Also would like to thank them for allowing myself to stay at night with our mom Sandra Lee last April, and for your loving support as we arrived right after she passed, you made our aweful day much easier showing us your kindness and love for her. Beautifully resting as we went into see her and say our good byes. Beautiful flowers in a vase, and a beautiful quilt on her. I hope to come back this April for a visit in her memory and leave something in the memorial gardens. Your love and kindness to the whole staff was touching and appreciated. It made our last days much easier In loving memory of Sandra Lee Daughter Debbie that stayed and her daughter Jackie staying with dad and my husband for driving down day and night and bringing them to spend time with my mom and dad’s wife

Thank you, Joanne's House. My dad had a rough start to 2026, that ultimately had him transferred from the hospital to Joanne's House. He was there maybe five days before transitioning to home hospice (this was a Medicare thing, not Hope Hospice). During his time there, the staff we encountered - the case worker who was at the hospital, the transportation people (not employed by JH, but they were contracted by them), the social worker, nurses, nurses assistants and doctor - all were extremely caring, patient and did not rush anything. The facility is beautiful and very clean. We did not have any issues with the amount of attention my dad received. It takes special people to work in a facility such as a hospice - I could not do it I know. The staff that kept in contact after his transition to home hospice were great as well. While everyone has different experiences, and I read some of the other reviews, I can tell you that our families experience was positive and I would recommend Joanne's House.

This facility is cleaner than any high end hotel! There is no smell at all anywhere. No lint or debris on the carpets, no dust anywhere. Everything is spotless. We couldn't have been happier with Rose living out her final days in your care. The staff were incredibly sensitive and caring for Rose and our entire family. Pat S., Mel, Kitty, Vivian & Evelyn are all amazing and compassionate people and our entire family thanks you for taking such good care of Rose and other family members.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section.
