My mom passed away at the HH Cape many years back & Ill never forget the positive experience we received. Currently, my dad is at the end of his life & we chose the same location. I am amazed at the staff and how caring they all are. I filled out a quick bio about him and to my amazement, and it might seem little, they had a tv music channel set to what he liked. They even shaved his face and made him comfortable. Im a huge supporter of this organization. They definitely live up to the phrase Death With Dignity.

Hope Hospice is absolutely amazing! The team that cared for our 94 year father as we wintered in Florida were wonderful people. Anabel was Papas nurse, the most loving caring nurse nurtured and cared for Papa in every way possible. We love her! Pam was our Social worker her kindness and words of wisdom were very helpful. Gary Papas nurse practitioner changed up Papas medication which was the best thing ever for Papa. So thankful for Gary’s knowledge and skill. Chaplain Marco would visit, pray and sing to Papa. We enjoyed his visits. Hope Hospice (Pam) had the Honor Guard come to our home to honor Papa for his Military service. It was quite a ceremony that brought tears to our eyes. The Honor Guard gave Papa a beautiful quilt handmade by local women, certificates, a flag, flag pins and a stuffed animal. Truly heartwarming ceremony. Papa was given everything he needed to ensure he was comfortable throughout this difficult time. We are forever grateful to Hope and the fabulous people they employ.
