Hospice by the Sea - Boca Raton

Hospice by the Sea was a fine help to my grandmother in her final days and a real comfort to the family. The hospice professionals are deeply experienced and knowledgeable and they have a knowledge that is frankly beyond this world. Very kind and caring.

My grandmother received services from Trustbridge/Hospice by the Sea for 3 years while living in an assisted living facility in Delray. Trustbridge provided better care and more compassion - free of charge to us - than many of the nurses in the facility we paid for. I was able to establish a close relationship with her Trustbridge nurse Tova, who responded to my phone calls and text messages promptly and thoughtfully. When my grandmother fell multiple times, Trustbridge was there to help her recover and feel safe. Trustbridge was there for her, even when she was strong enough to feed and clothe herself. I was relieved to know that their experienced and knowledgeable nurses were there for us when needed. The Trustbridge call center was always responsive and helpful, as well.

Special thank to Heidi at the from desk, Bob in facility services, nurse Diana and Jennifer, Joycelyn, and Lunchroom staff. You are the ones that took the best of care of my father during our two week stay. I promised Dad that I would be there until the end and you made it possible. I wish only good things for you.
