Poor to no transparency! I was very unhappy with communications of family member’s daily condition. I asked multiple times how he was doing but no one gave me an honest answer. I had no idea he was dying so rapidly. Staff did not keep me informed of his condition . Also, there was no one available to help me on his last day alive and I was shocked when it happened. I called repeatedly on his final Saturday when he was struggling and was told no one was available to help. So disappointed and heartbroken…

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
