The level of care my mom received during her final transition did not only exceed my expectations but left me truly in a state of comfort that the nurses and faculty were such wonderful people. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced and not only were the nurses and staff attending to my mom, they were genuinely attentive to myself and husband. Brenda, I’ll never forget you and needing a hug that night from a mother - you’ll never know how much that meant to me. Debbie, their social worker, was someone who came and sat with me, listened while I cried, reminisced and worried about the road ahead. I can’t thank her enough for that time she spent with me while we sat with my mom. Linda, Candy, Michelle and the rest of the staff, CNAs and nurses who looked after my mother, thank you. Thank you for your warmth and kindness. I know she felt peace in the end of her life. You’re all amazing individuals.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They gave my grandmother peace and dignity in her final hours of life. After the difficult decision to move her out of the hospital due to extremely poor care, they eased all of our worries and provided her with top notch care. Thank you to all of your staff; you will never know how much your care meant to our family.

Coming to the realization that your loved one is in their final days & that the care they need is more than you can provide, is heartbreaking. Selecting someone that can provide that care and comfort they need is an extremely important choice. You worry about every moment that your loved one experiences, especially in those times when you are unable to be with them.The staff at St Francis Hospice was 100% the correct choice for not only caring for my mother in her final days, but for all the care they gave our family throughout this difficult time. From our first phone contact, to them reaching out after her passing & continually checking on us... With every person we spoke to & saw (even the cleaning staff)- the warmth, sincerity, & compassion they have for the care that they have been entrusted with is felt. There are no questions about how they treated my mom. There is no question that the staff there have found their true calling...
