I can't share any details of the patient, BUT my company shares a patients care with this company, I come in the day after these aids are here, they are rude and do not clean up after themselves, they leave dirty linen rolled up on the floor with dirty briefs and pads, dirty pale of water with the rags still in it, bed set up is everything with a bed ridden person.. what i go through just to get it back to how it's supposed to be!! They never ever bring supplies, no compassion for the end of someone's life!! Count yourself lucky if you had a good experience.. can't help to think that these are fake experiences/reviews.. especially after what I have seen.. these aids are definitely not trained in the skilled area of this kind of work.. when you walk into someone's home, be respectful it's their home!! AND they are the boss!!
