Grateful to Vitas team #117. They provided a compassionate peaceful atmosphere while caring for my 92 year old father Guillermo Blanco. I watched my 85 year old mother Carmen share the last days loving him after a 67 year marriage. I’m highly grateful to Vitas especially team #117.

First, I World like to thank Vitas for te outstanding cateterismo and suporte provided to me Mother, Gladys Fraginals Alonso. My first impression was expecional. The entire Team 1165 came to introduce themselves, and each member offered me their support and assistance. I never felt abone. They are highly coordinated and truly Work together as a team. I World especially like to recognize my nurse, Frank has become like family to me. I also cannot adequately express my gratitude to two remarkable individuals Arturo Barrios and Chaplain Ariel Quin̈onez. They hace bien my social and spiritual support from the very beginning and continúe to check on me and provide encouragement even now. Thank yo as Will to the nurses Who came on weekends, the medical equipment team, and enero member of tris wondelful group.grupo. This team, led by a manager whose last name I believe is Fernandez, deserves special recognition. Im deeply grateful that she assigned this exceptional team to us. This is truly a five Star team, and I cannot thank them enough for everything they hace done for my Mother and our family. Gladys Iglesias

First and foremost, I would like to thank the entire VITAS Team 1165, especially Frank Castillo. From the moment my mother joined his team, he was a great support in every aspect. His knowledge, experience, and empathy exceeded all my expectations. The physician, Francisco Lopez, was always providing guidance and words of comfort. Ariel, the chaplain, was always thoughtful with my mother, remembering special moments like her birthday, and offering spiritual support to me as well. Arturo, thank you, because he was with me on the day my mother passed away. He helped me with everything related to the funeral arrangements and was truly a blessing during such a painful time. The team was there every day during that week after my mother’s passing. To the entire team, the manager, and the medical equipment staff, thank you all so much.
