Vitas has truly been my lifeline, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my mom has received. As a working caregiver, it was such a comfort knowing that someone else was keeping a close eye on her situation. From the aide and nurses to the doctor, office staff, and even the after-hours team—everyone has been kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The Vitas team consistently went above and beyond, even taking the time to hold meetings with the facility where my mom was being cared for to make sure her needs were fully coordinated. Their compassion and professionalism made such a difference during a very difficult time. It’s hard to navigate this stage of life without support, and I truly couldn’t have done it without them. I have nothing be great things to say about Vitas Healthcare. We have an aide named Andrea that comes in twice a week to help my dad. She is absolutely AMAZING and we just adore her. She always keeps me informed and up to date. We also have a nurse that comes in a couple times a week depending on the situations. Her name is Ellyn and she is great too. They always call after a visit to keep me informed or send me a text message. I am thankful for their compassion and care of my father.
