We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Affinis Hospice team who cared for our Mama/Memaw. From the moment they stepped into our lives, they provided not just clinical expertise, but genuine love and tenderness. They managed her pain and physical needs with incredible skill, ensuring she was comfortable at all times. Beyond the clinical care, they treated her with such dignity and respect, caring for her like their own family member. The spiritual and emotional support provided to MeMaw and our entire family was such a blessing during a very hard time. The entire team was always patient and compassionate, and they were always available to answer all our questions and meet our needs, no matter the hour. They made a difficult journey peaceful and graceful, and we will be forever grateful for their calling and dedication.

The staff at Affinis Hospice is excellent. During my mother's final fight with cancer, they showed real compassion and love for her. They gave our family advice and responded quickly to our needs. Q, Ronnie, Jean, and Allison are excellent health care providers.I am also grateful for chaplain’s calls and prayers.

Affinis Hospice, Columbus GA: For about 6 weeks now, we have had the BLESSING of my mom being under the care of these amazing professionals. This is a tough decision for family, and it is not an every day understanding for us on this side of things. Believe me when I say, that is taken into consideration and the staff went above and beyond from the very beginning, to show support, provide knowledge, insight and understanding. Allison, Madison (RNs), and also Donnie, Ms. Q (CNA), Chaplain Strickland, Mrs. Jean (Social Worker) have all been absolutely amazing. The care, compassion, attention and LOVE that is given to my mom have all been a blessing. They are also very supportive, patient and understanding to family. Communication is also a five star. They communicate with one another and they are all on the same page. I absolutely love that, as communication is key in something this vital and important. During our admission consultation, Allison walked into my mom's room and literally had her past history, medications and current issues memorized and had notes with her, and took even more. Madison was attentive and engaged, both making my mom feel like a STAR. They took so much time with us, making it very transparent my mom is important and her care is priority. They have gotten to know her so well in just 6 short weeks. They are so attentive of calorie intake, nutrition, hydration, hygiene, medications, changes in mood and sleep, supportive care and kindness and compassion. I have been so pleased and so grateful for each staff member. I thank God for them, that they are walking us through this journey, as each day is different and they support my brother and myself in a way that touches my heart.
