This is hands down the absolute best company!! Every single employee has respect and is caring, and they really take time with their patients and the patients families. I can tell every one I’ve met in this company really enjoys what they do. I am so very thankful for them.
The worst hospice service you could ever use. The first year was great and it went downhill from there. They would not show up but bill for services. They even failed to forward a transfer document to the new hospice company when we had enough of their poor service. To top it off upon receiving the transfer request they did not hesitate to request the oxygen equipment to be picked up knowing my uncle was on 4 liters 24/7. No family should have to be put through this ever. Affinity shame on you and to this day as I type this message, we have not heard from you. Shame, shame , shame.
