Atrium Health Navicent Hospice Pine Pointe

This place was amazing. The tranquility, the very compassionate and knowledgeable staff made this difficult time so much easier. And the entire staff was great, I would highly recommend. My husband received the best care and comfort possible. Thank y’all!!

What an amazing place for patients to spend their last days. The staff is so compassionate and knowledgeable. They treated us so nice. My loved one was only there for one day, but we felt like they were our family that short period of time. Thank you Leslie, Michelle and Lisa. Please keep doing great work!

Thankful for this facility and all they do. My mom was transported here during her final days, pine pointe made sure she was as comfortable as possible during her transition to be with Jesus. My mom had cancer and it was hard battle, she was at her final stages. I knew she needed more pain relief then I could’ve provided, her comfort ment everything to us. Her nurse Mrs Kim, was amazing to my mom. She would go sit with her and turn on her favorite shows and just be there, when I couldn’t. She answered all of our concerns without any sugar coating, she was very nice and professional. (The whole team was). The front desk was nice and the on call nurse that helped me the night my mom started transitioning phase (she was at home before in patient) was also very helpful and nice to me as I was panicking. The director helped SO MUCH this night by getting my mom transported in patient to manage her pain ASAP in the middle of the night. I cried on the phone with her, and there was no judgement. She knew I needed help. And they stepped in to help. Which ment so much because I know she was in good hands . (I made Mrs Kim a thank you basket) even tho it was only for a few days this facility was so good to my mom. They went above to keep her comfortable and as pain free as possible and for that we’re thankful. I highly recommend using them. -daughter of Sandra Hancock
