This hospice team and staff goes above and beyond with compassion and professionalism. They make a hard season easier by proving excellent care and genuine support.
A hospice employee from your company has come 2 times in a row to bath a client and used towels, wash cloths, shower chair that were soiled that was not her clients, but rather the resident in the next room. The hospice person left human poop in the shower, shower chair and sink without cleaning it after bathing her client. The lack of respect and proper sanitation by this employee of yours is unacceptable. My next step is to report her and you to the state agency.
Very poor, disorganized, and thoughtless discharge process.
