Eternal Faith Hospice and Palliative Care - Carrollton

My uncle, who was in memory care assisted living, was served by Traditions Health hospice care for several months prior to his passing in June. Nurse Allie was the lead person for his care. She did an excellent job. She kept me informed as to his status and what was being done for him. She was always professional and personable, patiently answering any questions I had.

My 93 year young grandmother has been on hospice for about five months now Words cannot describe how amazing Miss Ali has been She is truly a god sent.! She always goes above and beyond.. she answers all of my questions and concerns with a smile on her face…( And I have a lot.) She’s always has an upbeat, personality and just radiates love and compassion! The words just thank you are never going to relate or thankfulness for her!

When my mom entered hospice care, I never imagined how deeply we would come to appreciate the team who helped us through. Alli and Courtney didn’t just check vitals and manage medications—they cared for all of us. They were consistently available, always communicated clearly, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. My mom had an extensive list of medication allergies, and Alli went above and beyond to work with the pharmacist and find safe options to manage her pain and agitation without causing reactions. That kind of dedication isn’t common, and I’ll always be grateful for her persistence and compassion. Even after my mom’s passing, Alli has stayed in touch—checking in on me, asking about my son, and continuing to offer kindness well beyond her official role. These women are truly angels. Their professionalism is unmatched, and their hearts are even bigger. I can’t thank them enough for the care and comfort they brought to one of the hardest times in our lives.
