We have been with Family Hospice for over 2 years and have had several CNA'S taking care of my wife, Linda Hunnicutt, and I have to say that Sherika is the very best. She goes above and beyond her job description and makes sure my wife is cozy and comfortable before she leaves. My wife adores her!

Family Hospice came into my life at the perfect time. Danielle came over and talked to me and my sister for 3 hours in the initial consultation. We didn’t realize at the time that our mother would pass less than a week and a half later. Everything came together beautifully because the entire team made it so. Each person who entered the house had something to say to us that was what we needed to take another step forward on the journey. Kindness and compassion flowed, as did service. We are forever grateful.

While my Mom was in Hospice we had exceptional care from our RN Dree Kitchens and the CNA Pansy. They both were very kind and considerate, they treated Mom with care and dignity. They made her smile and always made her feel special upon their visits. Anytime I called Dree, she always made time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. Two very special ladies who do a great job and have a special heart for what they do.

Other important resources for families

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
