About Family Hospice - Milledgeville

Family Hospice - Milledgeville is the Milledgeville office of Family Hospice. The office is at 163 Roberson Mill Road, and families can call (478) 870-9200. Care is brought to the patient, whether that is a private home or another place they already live, so there is no need to travel to the office for hospice care. A nurse coordinates the plan of care, and the rest of the team comes to the patient for hands-on help, comfort, and support for the family. Family Hospice has been caring for Georgia families since 2021. This office is the one to call for families in Baldwin County and nearby communities in middle Georgia. The organization also offers palliative consults for people who need help with symptoms and are not yet in hospice.

My dear mama is 102 years old. She receives the very best care from your awesome CNA Sherry Wright. Sherry is so caring and detail oriented. We just appreciate her so very much. We love each person who cares for mama. Tracey and Marshall are exceptional nurses and Peggy's visits are a delight and of course sweet Monique is a sweetheart. I recommend Family Hospice for anyone who is of need of their care.

Grateful. Thankful. Amazing. The first words that come to mind when Family Hospice is thought of or mentioned. Taking the responsibility to care for an aging relative has become part of my daily routine and has become tougher as my relative has had some falls that have affected her health more. After her last stay in a rehab center to help her walk with more stability, my relative desperately wanted to be home. Not knowing the BEST next step to take for her, I said a prayer and God answered by sending me Haylee Hurley’s name, along with her team’s name-Family Hospice-3 different people knew of my situation and ALL three recommended Haylee and her team. I called, we talked and Haley REALLY listened to me and my situation. Haylee then discussed with me what her team offered-after listening and talking more this same day, I knew this was what was best for my relative. Haylee had an evaluation set up quickly for my relative with two FABULOUS nurses-Shelby and Logan. Shortly after the evaluation, my relative was able to be taken on by the Family Hospice team. ALL of the team members have been so caring, willing to listen to concerns and everyday conversations. From Ms. Berlinda to Danielle to Monique to Peggy and back to Haylee-I feel like I am part of a new family that has welcomed my relative and me with open arms. I am truly indebted for their help and service at this time. Lots of love for this ENTIRE team.

Phenomenal experience with this company! Every person we encountered were very professional and so helpful during the process of caring for our sister. Our nurse Alex was so kind, patient and knowledgeable about the care needed. The communication was exceptional. We are so grateful. They even went above and beyond to help us after our sister passed to clear her home out because we live out of town. Shout out to Haylee for helping from day one to get everything set up and going! Thank you again for everything.🙏🏼
