Heartland Hospice took really great care of my mother who passed away. The illness diagnosis was sudden and we were not expecting to be bringing her home with us on hospice care. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to her care. The nurses that came out were very friendly, and even took the time to walk me through what to expect in the final days with her. The nurse who came out to pronounce her prayed with my family and I before her body was moved. I will forever be grateful for this company and their team.
