Choosing hospice for someone you love is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, but I can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better place for our granny. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with such kindness, compassion, and dignity. Every nurse, aide, and caregiver made us feel like she wasn't just another patient—she was family. They were always available to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure she was comfortable every step of the way. The facility itself was exceptionally clean, and what stood out most was how well they cared for every patient. Our granny was always clean, comfortable, and treated with the utmost respect. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was receiving such attentive, loving care. Not only did they take incredible care of her, but they also supported our entire family during one of the most difficult seasons of our lives. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine hearts made all the difference. A special thanks to Page a night nurse that I probably drove crazy but she had all the patience in the world for me. Thank you again Stacy for being so incredible to everyone involved.❤️

Well, when I went to the Baton Rouge General to see about getting my dad released I believe her name was Brittany. She was there ready for me to sign the paper so I did both. Doctors told me not to bring my dad back to the hospital cause there was nothing further I could do for him that was February 24. Now it has been six months. My dad is still alive and Clarity is kicking him off Hospice because they say he’s doing well. Well my dad is paralyzed in his right leg. He’s had two strokes. He is bedridden he cannot move his right side at all if you try to pick up his leg it’s like a ton of bricks so now they’re trying to send another company that comes once a month. Can you imagine your loved one having to go through this, not getting his diaper changed and then they even quit stop looking at his bed sores. No more bed baths.or soil diapers. I totally think they’re looking for the money to get paid from Medicaid and from the insurance. It’s a shame that Elderly people get treated this way please do not put your family members with these people..Kiki One of the nurses she’s very sweet and explains things to you. I really did like her. I only got to speak to her one time, but I understood everything she was telling me.

Last October 2024, I moved my Mom to Clarity Hospice to help make her more comfortable and support her as she transitioned. For me as a caregiver, it truly became a home away from home. The staff was compassionate and treated us like family. Losing a loved one is painful, however, having a supportive team like Clarity certainly eases the pain. I miss my Mom, however, o have so many great moments and memories that Clarity helped make happen. Thank You Clarity!
