The RN is horrible, forgets to get controlled prescriptions ordered and then blames the family. Rudy gaslights family for her errors. This is not ETHICAL treatment.
I have both professional and personal experiences with Gentiva/Southern Care Hospice. I cannot put into words the compassion my family and my patients received from this company. From the clerical staff in the office to the bedside manner of the nurses, their needs and the urgency of their care was of the utmost importance to anyone they encountered. When referrals were sent, they were contacted and addressed within minutes of receiving the patient’s information. When patients or families contacted their liaison or the office, the patients were seen and addressed quickly and without feeling they were burdening anyone. Hospice is such a delicate time for patients and their families, their team addresses each patient as their top priority. If only every patient and family could receive this type of care, they will receive it with a SouthernCare hospice.
Michelle and her team at Southern Hospice Care are amazing to work with. Their team has taken care of 3 of my grandparents and been wonderful to work with and so nice to our family. One call to Michelle and you will be taken care of!
