To the Guardian Hospice Staff, The Rose family would like to extend our deepest appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding service we received as we comforted our father during his final days. Of the two hospice services we were considering we chose Guardian because of their five-star rating. To be perfectly honest, five stars doesn't match the merit due. Every person we spoke to, on the phone or came to our father's home, was a star. Our every need was met and delivered in a very timely manner. Here's a perfect example of their service. As I'm typing this letter Ms. Suzanne, who helps with social services, calls to see how our family is holding up. She wanted to extend an invitation to anyone needing bereavement counseling. It's very rare that you receive this kind of quality service these days. It takes an extremely large heart and an endless supply of compassion to do what you do all day every day. These qualities don't come easy. They can only be fulfilled by true-to-life Guardian Angels. We know you will deservedly receive many more success stories like this.
