Serenity Hospice Services

The Nurses, Aide, Social Worker, and Chaplain who took care of my Grandmother in her last few months of life were awesome. They were all loving and kind. They treated her with respect and dignity which allowed her to pass peacefully at home surrounded by family. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Serenity staff took such good care of my mom over the last couple of months of her life. The nurses, aides and case workers were caring and very responsive to my dad and I via calls and texts. I would recommend them to anyone!

BEWARE!!!!!!! Do not send your loved ones to this company!!! My grandmother was with them for 5 months and she declined. Nurses was not consistent and we always had to call for help. She fell several times and we would contact them because they say, "We are the Hospital". They told us don't not to call an ambulance and they would come. They did surface level checking and that was it. She became non-responsive on this past Monday and we had to rush her to the hospital. She had a stroke and come to find out she had blood clots in her brain that was there for some time. We did not know when they got there or exactly what caused them but serenity say that they are the "Hospital" but never done any internal tests on her to make sure that she was ok. Anytime we told them that she wasn't sleeping or had high blood pressure, we was told that they would up her dosage on her medicine. Basically they put the responsibility on YOU to administer medicine to your loved one while they collect your insurance money. The only person who came consistently was the person who was there to wash her. My grandmother passed this morning, and we are devasted! This placed failed her. There is no way that they didn't do any internal tests, we could have caught the clots sooner. We are gravely disappointed in this place. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!
