Ambercare - Albuquerque

I cannot express how grateful I am to AmberCare and specifically to r hospice team for my Mom. Lena is an EXCEPTIONAL nurse. Aracely is great shower aid and Yessica (?), our social worker, was so incredibly patient and helpful w suggestions and resources as Mom’s condition continues to decline. AmberCare was so quick and responsive in getting Mom on board initially and the support we have had since is invaluable. I couldn’t have done this without them. THANK YOU!!! ❤️

This company is a testament to the horrible Healthcare system we have in this country. They are extremely inorganized, their recruiters have no idea how to answer questions at all. It seems as if they see people as nothing but numbers when they come through the door. They are only worried about their cut of someone's insurance allocated care. And worst of all are their recipients... people like Dianna are miserable and gives off the worst imaginable energy, that lady is Rude, and mean spirited, and doesnt belong anywhere near a customer service job. This company only fills positions, they have no process for hiring anyone, their recruiters leave when they want to, and do not hold their appointments. And on top of all of that they want to pay you $14 an hour... honestly, your better off working at walmart or ANYWHERE else, youd still make better money and not have to deal with these miserable people who work there.

I am very disappointed in the nurse, no show no call is unacceptable. It has been 1.5 hour no call no show. I can't believe We just set this appt up on Friday. Is this the new trend? It is common courtesy to call if you are going to be late. Thou I thought. What has happened to this profession? Update - get phone call at 0940 that the regular nurse ??? Is not coming and the new temporary nurse would like to come noon- 1230. I am glad that I got a call. I beg for communication. I think I had tried this home care a several years ago and a NO SHOW -NO CALL the admin at that time thought it was fine to not show up or call. OMG I decided to give this ambercare another chance and this is how it goes. Thank you Diane for calling a0940. I would like to know what is the job description for the visiting RN? Cause I sure have not been impressed with the care that the RN has given.
