What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
This review is in no way a reflection of the hospice providers themselves. The providers who cared for my mom were absolutely amazing, compassionate, and dedicated. I am truly grateful for the care they gave her and for everything they do for families in our community. My mom was with hospice for a little under a month and passed away on August 2. Before she passed, I was promised that someone would call and check in on me afterward. Unfortunately, no one from the company has ever called—not even once since Ms. Amber left our home the day my mom passed. When you’re grieving, you may not expect much, but when someone promises something as simple as a phone call, you expect that promise to be kept. As a neurodivergent person, I tend to take people at their word. When someone makes a promise, I believe them. To me, keeping your word is a matter of integrity and simply being a person or company of quality. That is why the lack of follow-up has been especially disappointing. I can’t help but feel that once the service ends, the family is essentially left on their own. Had I done more research beforehand, I likely would have chosen a hospice company with stronger aftercare and bereavement support for families. This was my second experience with hospice, so I had an idea of what to expect—and unfortunately, this was not it. My sincere thanks go to the individual providers for the compassion and care they gave my mom. They are a credit to the profession and to the community. My disappointment is with the company’s lack of follow-up and support for the family after my mom’s passing.
Yes I had enhabit damen was the nurse that help me the second day no one came to help me so I was forced to call ambulances so the hospice said I broke the contract but no if the nurse would have came when I called they could have prevented my mom from losing her hospital and the comfort meds that every human deserves to have and now my poor mother has been blackballed from every hospice in Las Cruces
I want.to thank everyone at Enhabit Hospice for the care they gave my wife prior to her passing on March 5th. The primary nurses were top notch and checked on her personally every day. The support from the office was impeccable regarding making sure we had the supplies and equipment we needed for her care in those last weeks of her life. My wife was in home hospice and I couldn't have done it without all of the support your company gave us. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
