We had an amazing experience with Legacy with Danni and Mariah. They showed up for us to advocate for us with the assisted living. The assisted living was not well versed on hospice care…ie on comfort rather than rehabilitation. My dad’s quality of life was dismal and we didn’t want to add to his discomfort with medical intervention that would be of little help and cause him further anxiety. We were on the phone with both of them often and after hours and they were extremely helpful and supportive. They for sure went above and beyond.
My family did not have any prior experience with hospice care, and we were very impressed with Legacy. The team treated our loved one with dignity, gentleness, and deep respect. Their knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence and peace of mind when we needed it most. Having to work with any hospice company is a sad time. Not having my sister here while losing my mom was especially hard for me. I was really impressed with how well this company treated my mom in her last days. But what really put the cherry on top for me was the letters this company mailed me after losing my mom. On more than once occasion, it was just what I needed at the right time. I highly recommend them
