Went to the ER here after being hit by a semi truck traveling at freeway speeds. I'm still here five hours later and they haven't bothered to read the CT scans. They won't send the CT scans to a specialist who will actually do their job in a timely and appropriate manner because that's who Presbyterian has chosen to contract with in order to save money. Nobody will tell me anything other than "we are waiting on them and we don't know how long it will take." Now I'm going to be stuck after a major accident in Tucumcari, hoping that I don't have a major medical event overnight because of the lack of care Presbyterian gives their patients. They don't care about you, they don't care about the oaths they swore when they became medical "professionals," all they care about is taking your money while allowing you to suffer and preventing you from going home to the comfort and care of your family.
