My family had a recent experience with this hospice agency. Our RN, Morgen P. was excellent. The perfect mix of compassionate and realistic. We couldn't have asked for a better nurse to see us through the end of life journey with our loved one.

Horrible pick for medical care of your loved ones. Clinical managers falsify records to make a profit and blame it on nurses and other staff. At one point they told a family that their loved one was deceased when in fact they were alive and clinical managers had confused patients. Nurses, chaplains and social workers are forced to make visits with families in the last 7 days of life to make more profit not to benefit the family. Patients are pressured into visits due to company need not patient need. Wonderful nurses are treated poorly by clinical managers and clinical directors wanting to push responsibilities onto nurses. So many good nurses have left this company due to a hostile work enviornment. Please pick another hospice for your loved one that cares for the patients needs.
