Communication was minimal. Was told that when my father in law was actively dying a hospice person would be with him. Didn't happen. Had a call at 12:05 am from nursing home staff that he had passed. Hospice was not there. Chaplain Joel never returned my call. I believe in Hospice care and wish I could have rated them better than a 2.
