Everyone who worked with my dad was wonderful, from the aides, nurses (on weekday shifts and weekend shifts), music therapist, massage therapist, and the volunteers who helped fill in short periods at bedside with me during my dad’s last few days. I received helpful calls and texts with updates and I was welcomed to text and call each caregiver on his team if/whenever I needed. The nurses who were with me during my dad’s last several hours were caring, respectful, and nurturing to both me and my dad. And they were so kind and honored my dad and his integrity throughout their care, even when educating me about his progression. I will always be grateful for them, I don’t know how I would have gotten through this sad, trying time without them. Knowing how much my dad liked all his hospice caregivers and made warm, genuine connections with each of them gives me such peace that he experienced wonderful care in his last life chapter.

My dad has been with hospice 360 for several months now. He wasn’t expected to keep going like he has but they have been there every week! They move quickly and thoroughly to take care of his needs. They have shown so much genuine concern and care -never once making me feel a bit uncomfortable about anything. The kindness, patience and encouragement they extend to me has been such a blessing! I have felt comfortable and encouraged to ask questions or ask for help anytime I needed it. I am comforted to know that as he moves closer to his final destination, I will have people with us who know us and will see us through with tenderness , love and care.
