What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
Like the other review stated they truly terrible company. My father died with bed sores because the nurse is continually came over signed off on paperwork and did no type of assessment. They lied on their billing forms to the insurance company. To top it off it's been 30 days and I can't get them to sign the death certificate. I wouldn't let my dog die this way much alone my father. Shame on you and I hope karma finds you Update: it's been 2 years since we lost Dad and I still think about everyday that last month and how this company treated my father. I just wanted anybody who reads this to know two years later I still despise this company. There is much better alternatives out there. Mom was recently in the hospital and we looked at hospice The hospital informed us they do not work with this company and recommended another. Please do your research You only get one shot at this.
We were not happy with how my mothers situation was handled. Was told one thing at a care conference prior to the nurse seeing her. Once the nurse saw her it was a prescription for death. After seeing the medication prescribed, then talking to friends and family in the medical field, she wouldn't had made it 24 hrs. They seemed pushy once we said we wanted to cancel, they pushed for my mother to try the servive for 2 weeks, but she would have died before the 2 weeks were up. I would recommend doing more in depth research on this company and talking to others who have used them.
Experiencing the death of a family member is never easy. I had no experience with hospice care or knew of Crossroads' existence before a couple weeks ago. However, they have been phenomenal throughout our family's ordeal. My father recently passed under the care of Crossroads, and I mean that as a good thing. Their staff were personable, caring, transparent, and comforting not just to my father but to us as well. Even after the fact, their bereavement team reached out with resources and asking how we were. If your family is faced with the choice of hospice care, I strongly recommend you consider Crossroads. They made our experience as smooth and comfortable as possible given the circumstances.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
