What Families Are Saying

This is by far the worse hospice! I called once to tell them that he had fallen and hit his hard more than once, protocol or not don’t you think the patient is more important than how many pills are there! Devastated. Then for a week I kept calling and calling and telling them my father wasn’t right, he was hallucinating and hearing things! I honestly thought my father was going to die! As for compassion they have NONE!I’ve been through a lot with my father in the last 20 years he had lung cancer. He had a lump in his neck that was benign that had to be removed, but I have never experienced something like this. I have had one positive thing out of this and that was a Nurse by the name of Liz, and unfortunately, they took her away from us. She was compassionate she cared. She was trying to find the answer. These people have no care in the world none so if you’re considering this place, I beg you not to.
Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with the people running this company, very mean spirited and anti the values they preach. Would not recommend
Since we were not familiar with hospice we relied on the recommendations from family, friends, and other healthcare members. We would definitely rate > 5 stars. The care, compassion, and courtesy from every single person involved in our family member’s care was exceptional. We asked many questions, suggestions were offered, and these folks try to make the process as pleasant as possible. Thank you!

Other important resources for families
Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
