First Health Hospice

My sister Deb Prechet was in this company's care and when she was ready to transition to inpatient care at another company's facilities the on call nurse argued that she was their patient and if she attempted to go to another she would not be eligible for hospice through Medicare. That is the opposite of what happened after she left thier "care". When Sherry Krueger (also my sister) posted a poor review they claimed to not have had her as a patient. Im here to say she absolutely was and if that is still in question ill call any phone number or stop by any office they want to confirm that fact.

Our dear sister was left in excruciating pain with these people. When she needed help, none was given or it always took at least an hour for anyone to help. They make promises that are never kept. We never expected our loved one to have to endure so much pain.

If I could rate First Health with more than 5 stars I would indeed. They have been helping my dad for about 5 months now and we have not had one complaint. The RN Nikki is fantastic with any needs we have. She is also very pleasant to talk with and has made my dad comfortable enough to open up about the loss of my mom. Monica Is his shower aid and she is wonderful as well. Dad thinks the world of these two ladies. Clint is quick to return text, phone calls or get to whatever we need pronto. We couldn't be the best caretakers for my dad without these people in our lives. Obviously I highly recommend First Health to anyone in need
