My stepdad was recently placed in hospice care from Parma hospital. Susie the hospice specialist talked my mother into sending him to Seven hills nursing facility and my family is confused why? She not only had no one available for an intake from hospice this facility was dirty, smelled and was completely unsafe. My mother wanted to send him somewhere else and was assured this place was better! It was a lie. He not only didn't get adequate care when my mother decided to bring him home she had to go to the pharmacy herself before he was transported to get his comfort medicine? I thought this was provided? She was also provided no medical supplies for almost 48 hours??? Diapers, pads? Anything? What is happening with the healthcare system? This is what we have to look forward to. I will say Cindy the nurse that came daily was amazing but that was it. If you care about your family at all do not use this agency. I can't believe that Susie Heartless would advise anyone to be put in this facility and then act surprised when finding out the conditions he was left in all night!!! Money it's all about money no one cares anymore so thank you for making my stepfather's last days not painless and peaceful. He passed away this morning

Kim Gordon, our hospice nurse helped guide our family through our journey of helping our Mother through final stages of life. Shateema, gave our mother the personal care she much needed as she slowly degraded. Our chaplain, Maria was very patient and caring in her visits. Loved the care from this team.

There are no words strong enough to thank the team at Heartland Hospice for the love and care they gave my mother in her final days. Our nurse, chaplain, and social worker became more than providers — they became part of our family. They walked with us through sacred, emotional moments with tenderness and grace. They made sure my mother was comfortable, peaceful, and treated with complete dignity. As a daughter who sat by her side, I can say their presence gave me strength. The chaplain honored my mother’s deep faith in a way that brought calm to our hearts. The nurse was gentle and attentive beyond measure. The social worker guided us through difficult decisions with patience and compassion. Because of them, my mother’s final days were filled with peace instead of fear. We will never forget the comfort they brought to our family. We are forever grateful. Five stars will never feel like enough. 🤍 — Renee Sadler and family
