This place was awesome for our Dad's last days. He said he felt like he was at home. Everyone who works or volunteers there are so kind and helpful. The patio for each room is a really nice touch. Our family will be forever grateful to the entire team at the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice for the extraordinary care they provided to our father in his final days. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by kindness, compassion, and genuine love. Every nurse, aide, and staff member treated my dad with dignity and respect, making sure he was comfortable, peaceful, and never alone. They also cared for our family in ways I didn’t expect, offering gentle words, warm hugs, and reassurance when we needed it most. They took time to answer our questions, to listen, and to simply be present with us. It brought us so much peace knowing our dad was in such good hands during those precious final moments. They are truly a blessing, and our family will never forget the grace, compassion, and dignity they showed our father. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
