Very please with the care my Dad received with WellSpring Hospice. Would highly recommend! Mark was my Dads caregiver and he was so caring. He called me many many times to let me know how Dad was doing. He had many conversations with my dad , an airforce veteran about planes. He was like talking to my brother. If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would.
Wellspring Hospice has been wonderful with my dad. When he began on hospice, he was not a cooperative patient and often struggled with hearing information he didn’t agree with or didn’t want to hear. The hospice team quickly learned how to work with him and made the transition much more comfortable. They remained calm, patiently redirected conversations when he became agitated, and always treated him with respect. The staff consistently took time to educate him about his pain medications and ways to improve his comfort. Thank you to Wellspring Hospice for your patience, persistence, and dedication to providing compassionate, quality care. You truly make a difference for patients and families.
Wells Spring hospice was wonderful with the care of my brother-in-law. The communication and care for me as well was wonderful. From nursing to pastoral care and the communication with the facility he was at was great. They looked at the whole picture and took him to see his cat which was an important part of his life.
