The nurses and aides here were great with my father to his very last days on this earth. And I’m very grateful for each and everyone of them at this company!
It has been the worst experience ever. I hired them to have a certain person care for my mom. They use this as a cash cow. They did not send the person I wanted to start with. They did not care what my needs were, as long as we were a sale, and they got our business. They have screwed up her medicine, I have been lied to repeatedly. Have they do not come through with anything that they say. I haven't been lied to by the regional director Brandy, by the do Bobby, by clinical a supervisor Amber. They will tell you what you want to hear.And they will not follow through with anything. I was forced to switch companies in less than a month. They made my home a circus, they are the bottom of the barrel companies. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy needing to put their family on hospice!
As a nursing home administrator, I have great outcomes from ACG. They are easy to get ahold of, there for our residents when they need it, & their marketer (Amber) always responds when we need her!
